Esteban is a member of the competition law practice at Serrano Martínez and has experience in advisory and litigation on commercial, economic, civil, and corporate law matters.
Before joining Serrano Martinez, Esteban worked as legal intern at the Commercial Office of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia at Washington D.C., as paralegal and lawyer at Archila Abogados, and as lawyer of the litigation practice at BBGS Abogados Colombia.
Esteban is a lawyer of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a student of the Master on Economic Law of Universidad Externado de Colombia.
Member of the Arbitration Youth Network (RJA) of the Center of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, and Mentee of the mentorship program “CONECTA 3.0” of Colombian Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (COLVYAP).
