Andrés is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a minor in international trade and tort law. He also completed a certified course on International Economic Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Seville, at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical University Comillas of Madrid and at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Corvinus University of Budapest, obtaining a differentiated approach to the application of economic law in other realities and understanding the regulatory approach of the European Union.
Before joining Serrano Martínez, Andrés worked at MarkUp Consultores S.A.S. providing legal and regulatory counsel to public and private sector companies focused in the areas of utility services, energy regulation and competition. He also worked in the insurance sector, working with Delima Marsh, playing an investigative role in the area of claims and casualties as well as providing legal advice to large companies.
